Will I Ever Face Difficulty Accessing My Site
→ Support Is dileverd instant if i get notification from the owner whilst im am on pc or near a pc, but if im not you can be assured that any emergency work that may be done
will be carried out within hours. All sites are backed up every day so if something does go wrong i can aslways restore from a previous day.
→ The server uptime is 99.9% of the time and in 2 years the server has only been down for 2-3 times which 2 out 3 was upgrading the actuall server it self. In this Case you do not need to worry
about any site data as this would have been all backed up and once server is restored will be functioning back to normal. But i
hope this doesnt happen an as far as i can say its really is a rare accurance.
